1. Eligibility and Shipping

This program is only available to residents of the United States to facilitate timely and reliable shipment of supplements. The program is only available to adults ages 18 and older. The Program is not directed at, nor intended for, individuals under the age of 18. Minors may not purchase the program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Cheryl Cuozzo, Intentional Wellness LLC, Standard Process Inc, and their affiliates do not guarantee any specific results or promise of cure from participation in this program. The information provided is based on personal experience and participant feedback. Individual results may vary.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Responsibility

Any recommendations, such as those related to physical training or movement, nutrition, supplements, or lifestyle—whether provided in person, virtually, in documents, via social media or via website—should be discussed with your healthcare provider, as all such activities carry inherent risks. Information provided through any means is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cheryl Cuozzo is a health consultant who is not functioning as a licensed medical provider in this program. You agree to consult your own healthcare provider before making any changes based on program information.

4. Education and Coaching Role

This program and all related materials are for educational and informational purposes only. Our role is exclusively that of a coach. We provide information related to nutrition, health, and general well-being but do not offer medical treatment or advice. This program does not substitute for professional medical care.

5. Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility

We strive to provide accurate information in all emails, programs, services, and products. By participating voluntarily in this program and using related materials, you accept sole responsibility for your results and for all decisions related to your health and well-being, as well as that of your family and dependents (including unborn children, if applicable). You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health decisions. You accept full responsibility to ensure the products in this program adhere to your own dietary needs, allergies, and nutritional preferences. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products taken do not interact with any medications or other therapies you may be on now or in the future.

6. Medical Clearance Requirement

Before beginning any new diet or exercise program, you must consult your healthcare provider and obtain medical clearance for any dietary or exercise changes. Your participation is contingent upon receiving approval from your healthcare provider. This is your responsibility.

7. No Medical Claims

This program does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not provide medical treatment or nutrition advice intended to address health conditions. Any product recommendations are not intended for medical use. Statements and information have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products and information are intended for general wellness purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, application, or interpretation of any materials or products provided to you as part of this program.

9. Refund, Exchange, and Credit Policy

All sales for the 30-Day Purification Program are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, transfers, or credits of any kind or for any reason, no exceptions. Please review all program details carefully before purchasing. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

10. No Solicitation or Coercion

You acknowledge that your enrollment in this program was made independently, freely and voluntarily, without any solicitation, pressure, or coercion of any kind. You acknowledge that you may also discontinue your participation in this program at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided as part of the 30-Day Purification Program are the sole property of Intentional Wellness LLC and Cheryl Cuozzo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without express written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intentional Wellness LLC regarding the 30-Day Purification Program and supersede any prior agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in and participating in the 30-Day Purification Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation constitutes your voluntary acceptance and agreement to comply with all provisions outlined above.
